Sharing our work

The Demos Project is committed to sharing its research within our academic communities and with the public to promote broader engagement with questions about how people are represented in data. Through our work, we engage with the following questions:

  • How does understanding data humanities and the role of data in representing people and communities change how humanities and humanities disciplines are taught?
  • How do we teach both the results and the methods of data humanities?
  • What role does data humanities have in increasing information literacy?
  • How might we translate algorithmic thinking into human concerns and action, or vice versa?
